Trajan Estate Law Firm in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to draft trusts, wills, POAs, deeds, LLCs, and other planning documents, primarily for new clients. The role requires keen attention to detail, strong typing, writing, editing, and phone skills, with excellent client interaction.

This in-office position works within a collaborative team servicing both in-state and out-of-state clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years estate paralegal experience.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication capability.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• WealthCounsel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft trusts, wills, POAs, deeds, LLCs, and other estate and business planning documents.
• Meet directly with clients to complete documents.
• In-office team paralegal servicing both in-state and out-of-state clients.
• Handle office administrative responsibilities: answering the phone, voicemail, scheduling, mail, and payments.
