Affinex Financial in Austin, TX seeks an Estate Planning & Insurance Advisor to meet with local clients, review living trusts, and deliver safe money income protection solutions.

This is a 1099 contract with uncapped commissions, accompanied by world-class training and full back-office support to streamline operations.

No cold-calling; calendar is managed for you, with earnings potential between $150,000 and $500,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer’s License is required.
• 1–3+ years of experience in insurance sales or related closing roles.
• Comfortable working in a 1099 contract with uncapped earning potential.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled in-person appointments with local clients who recently established living trusts.
• Conduct structured educational reviews to identify gaps in retirement income.
• Educate clients on risk-managed, 'safe money' options—primarily Fixed Indexed Annuities.
• Follow a proven educational sales model to maintain high client satisfaction and close rates.
• Maintain an active schedule to match the flow of pre-set company appointments.
