Job summary

Affinex Capital is seeking an Estate Planning & Insurance Advisor to meet with local clients who have living trusts and review their estate plans. You will educate clients on fixed indexed annuities and risk-managed income strategies, following a structured sales model to maintain high satisfaction and strong close rates.

The role is on a fully in-person, appointment-driven schedule with uncapped earning potential and comprehensive back-office support, designed for commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer’s License is required.
• 1–3+ years of experience in insurance sales or related closing roles preferred.
• Comfortable working in a 1099 contract with commission-only structure and uncapped earning potential.
• Strong communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled, in-person appointments with local clients who have living trusts.
• Conduct structured reviews of client financial situations to identify retirement income gaps.
• Educate clients on risk-managed, "safe money" options—primarily Fixed Indexed Annuities.
• Follow a proven educational sales model to maintain client satisfaction and close rates.
• Maintain an active schedule to match the flow of company appointments.
