Stealth Law Firm is expanding into New Jersey, seeking an experienced attorney to become the local face of the firm in Paramus and Morristown. The successful candidate will leverage an established pipeline, marketing resources, and a commitment to client-centered representation to build a thriving Elder Law and Estate Planning practice.

Qualifications

• Active admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong background in Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Trusts & Estates.
• Experience with Medicaid planning required.
• Probate and estate administration experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on elder law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, and related legal matters.
• Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans tailored to clients' individual needs.
• Guide clients and their families through complex legal and financial planning decisions.
• Conduct regular educational seminars within your designated territory.
• Establish a strong local professional presence and build lasting client relationships.
