Job summary

A well-established law firm in New Jersey is expanding its Elder Law and Estate Planning practice, seeking an experienced paralegal to support attorneys in Medicaid planning, elder law, and estate matters.

You will prepare and organize wills, trusts, and related documents, collect client financial records, maintain files, and communicate with clients, families, courts, and other parties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant paralegal experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid planning or Medicaid applications is preferred.
• Probate and estate administration experience is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
