Responsibilities

• Meet with firm-provided prospective clients to understand goals and recommend estate planning strategies.
• Counsel clients on reviewing and updating estate plans as circumstances change.
• Draft and oversee wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Lead client consultations, document signings, and final plan delivery meetings.
• Explain complex legal concepts in clear, plain language.
