Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Iowa bar membership.
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning and elder law.
• Strong knowledge of probate, Medicaid, and trust administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design customized estate plans aligned with clients' goals, families, and finances.
• Advise on Medicaid planning, long-term care, and asset protection strategies.
• Represent clients in probate and estate administration matters.
• Stay current with elder law and estate planning changes.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Participate in client education and community outreach events.
