You will advise on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning and participate in trust administration. Join a nationally respected team with strong collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2-5+ years of sophisticated trusts & estates experience with a focus on planning.
• Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related wealth transfer instruments.
• Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, trust administration, and high-net-worth client counseling.

Responsibilities

• Draft and finalize complex estate planning documents for high-net-worth clients.
• Counsel clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies and trust administration.
• Collaborate with partners across offices to provide holistic private client services.
