You will draft trusts, governance documents, and collaborate with CPAs on related filings, leveraging the firm’s AI tools. You will work hybrid, with a focus on sustained client relationships and integrated wealth planning, ensuring high-quality service and timely file

Qualificações

• JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar license.
• Approximately 4–6 years of experience spanning estate planning and business entity work.
• Experience drafting and structuring a wide range of trust vehicles and governing documents.
• Ability to work independently on complex matters with minimal paralegal support.

Responsabilidades

• Own matters end-to-end, including filings, signatures, and file closeout with paralegal support.
• Draft and structure revocable and irrevocable trusts, GRATs, IDGTs, and SLATs.
• Manage trust administration and beneficiary communications.
• Coordinate with tax group on fiduciary and gift filings; review returns when appropriate.
• Draft entity formation documents and governing instruments; maintain governance records.
• Work with firm's AI and tech platforms to draft and review documents.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-touch service.
