Great Waters Financial, LLC is seeking an Estate Specialist to guide clients through the estate planning process, coordinating meetings, documents, and communication between clients, advisors, and partners.

This in-office, client-facing role requires outstanding organizational skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple cases with deadlines; Notary Public appointment is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, decision-making and time management.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and office productivity tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Notary Public Appointment is required.

Responsibilities

• Estate Planning Meeting Facilitation: Guide clients through Discovery, Delivery, and Funding.
• Paperwork & Offering Coordination: Prepare paperwork and coordinate meetings and signatures.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines.
• Attend estate planning workshops and assist attendees with next steps and consultations.
