Duties:
- Assist in managing various case matters related to Wills, Trusts, and Estates.

- Prepare and draft legal documents, including wills, petitions, and probate pleadings.
- Collaborate with the managing attorney to devise case strategies and solutions for clients.
- Review and supervise the work of entry-level associates, guiding as necessary.
- Conduct client consultations and advise on legal matters related to estate planning.
- Communicate regularly with clients, court officials, and other relevant parties involved in legal matters.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Probate law and estate planning.
- Strong background in litigation, with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of legal research tools and case management software.
- Ability to quickly adapt to various legal challenges and client needs.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona, or willing to obtain Arizona licensure if not already held.
