Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide essential legal documentation and services in estate planning, business formation, and asset protection
  2. Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their goals and needs
  3. Develop comprehensive estate plans that meet clients' specific requirements
  4. Collaborate with other network attorneys to share ideas and develop consistent approaches to common planning issues

Requirements

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Admission to the Arkansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
  3. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
  4. Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
  5. Existing private practice.
  6. Medicaid planning is highly desirable.
  7. Reciprocity with adjacent state is a plus
