Job summary

CMS Law Firm LLC in Washington state is seeking an estate planning attorney to join our Kirkland/Kent offices. You’ll practice law, guide families through planning, and be backed by a paralegal team.

Schedule is 9–4, Monday to Friday, two office days per week, rest from home, with no overtime or weekend duties. Base salary around $100k plus 10% of fees; most attorneys earn about $150k+. Training and coaching provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
• 2+ years estate planning/probate or 4+ years any legal practice.
• Able to work from Kirkland and Kent offices on the designated days.
• Willing to sell consults and guide clients from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Practice law in estate planning/probate.
• Guide families through the planning process and consult with clients.
• Collaborate with a paralegal team handling drafting and follow-up.
• Attend Kirkland/Kent offices on scheduled days and work from home on other days.
