Job summary

The Gierach Law Firm, LLC seeks an Estate Planning Attorney for its Naperville office. The role requires empathy, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail to help clients secure their legacies and ensure their wishes are honored. The position can be either full-time or part-time.

Candidates must have 5+ years of estate planning and probate experience and be admitted to the Illinois Bar. A portable book of business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.
• Advise clients on tax implications and asset protection strategies in estate planning.
• Assist clients with probate and trust administration processes.
• Stay current on changes in federal and state estate planning laws to provide timely counsel.
