Job summary

The Gierach Law Firm, LLC seeks an Estate Planning Attorney for its Naperville office. The role requires empathy, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail to help clients secure their legacies and ensure their wishes are honored. The position can be either full-time or part-time.

Candidates must have 5+ years of estate planning and probate experience and be admitted to the Illinois Bar. A portable book of business is preferred.

The Gierach Law Firm is looking to add an Estate Planning Attorney to our growing Naperville office. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, communicative, and highly detailed in their work and will play a crucial role in helping clients secure their legacies and ensure their wishes are honored. Position can be full or part time.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents. To include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.
• Advise clients on tax implications, strategies for asset protection, and other legal considerations related to estate planning.
• Assist clients with probate and trust administration processes.
• Handle a diverse caseload and be available for any client needs.
• Stay up to date on changes in federal and state estate planning laws and regulations to provide timely and effective counsel.

Minimum Job Requirements

• A portable book of business or trusted client base preferred.
• Bar admitted and able to practice law in the State of Illinois.
