Legacy Assurance Plan invites a newer estate planning attorney to join a program that accelerates real-world experience. You’ll handle real estate planning matters—from wills to trusts—while mentors and a nationwide peer network support you.

You'll work part-time with a flexible schedule while back-office staff draft documents, retrieve deeds, and schedule deliveries, so you focus on client work and skill-building in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Active bar license in good standing required.
• Newer attorneys seeking to gain hands-on client experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle real estate planning matters (wills, trusts, powers of attorney).
• Advise and manage clients through to completion with support from back-office staff.
• Collaborate with mentors and peer network to accelerate learning.

Education
