Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to recommend estate planning solutions (e.g., Asset Protection Trusts, Revocable Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney).
• Guide clients through the planning process, including document review and execution.
• Collaborate with paralegals to ensure timely document drafting.
• Maintain accurate client records and communications using internal systems.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in team-building and professional development events.
