Qualifications

• Must have drafted at least 50 estate plans.
• Experience managing a full case load is required.
• Personality traits: dependable, team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to understand their estate planning needs.
• Draft, review, and finalize wills and trusts.
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients and their advisors to ensure seamless trust funding.

Education
