Confidential Employer in Middletown, CT seeks an enthusiastic Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing team. Lead client consultations, draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other essential documents.

On-site role, strong focus on building client relationships, collaborating with colleagues on probate, trust administration, and related matters; Connecticut Bar admission required; 2+ years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Bar admission required.
• 2+ years of estate planning experience preferred; strong junior candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience drafting estate planning documents and meeting directly with clients.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
• Comfortable using legal technology and modern office systems.
• Ability to provide 2 to 3 strong professional references.

Responsibilities
