You will draft and review essential estate planning documents, collaborate with colleagues, and build lasting client relationships while expanding your legal expertise. Candidates must be admitted to the Connecticut Bar with estate planning experience; 2+ years preferred, and strong references are

• Active Connecticut Bar admission required.
• 2+ years of estate planning experience preferred; strong junior candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience drafting estate planning documents and meeting directly with clients.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
• Comfortable using legal technology and modern office systems.
• Ability to provide 2 to 3 strong professional references.
