Job description

Family Law Group is a fast-growing family law firm with locations in Colorado Springs and Woodland Park. We are currently looking for a motivated Estate Planning Attorney with experience in Probate law.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting initial client consultations
2. Meeting with clients to determine estate planning needs
3. Drafting estate planning documents
4. Participating in the execution of estate documents
5. Reviewing and approving probate documents
6. Attending hearings in probate matters

Requirements:

1. 3 – 5 years’ experience in Estate Planning
2. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
3. Admission to the Colorado bar
4. Strong knowledge of estate planning and probate law
5. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
