Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking an experienced attorney in Valrico, FL to lead estate planning and probate matters. You will work directly with clients, act as the primary attorney on files, and finalize documents with support from experienced staff.

Candidates should have 3+ years of estate planning and probate experience and be an active Florida Bar member. The role is primarily on-site with limited remote flexibility and offers health insurance and a SIMPLE IRA after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Strong drafting, review, and finalization skills for estate planning and probate documents.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage estate planning matters from initial consultation through completion.

• Handle probate and estate administration as primary attorney on the file.
• Meet with clients and provide clear guidance throughout sensitive matters.
• Direct, review, revise and finalize estate planning and probate documents with staff.
• Coordinate with legal staff to keep matters organized and moving efficiently.
• Develop strong client relationships and contribute to referrals and business development.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Location:

• Excellent client communication, judgment, organization, and follow through.
• Transferable book of business or established referral relationships preferred, but not required.
• Candidates from solo practice backgrounds are welcome if their experience aligns with the role.
