Orion Placement is assisting an established Orange County law firm in Irvine, CA to hire an estate planning attorney. You will draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other planning documents while collaborating with partners and paralegals to ensure precise legal services.

Candidates must have a California Bar membership, a JD from an accredited law school, and 1+ year estate planning experience with basic tax knowledge.

• Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and asset transfer documents.
• Work directly with clients to understand their Estate planning goals and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and paralegals to deliver accurate, high‑quality legal services.
• Apply estate planning principles and basic tax knowledge to client matters.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Develop expertise in more advanced estate planning techniques and wealth protection strategies over time.

Note: Candidates must have an active California State Bar membership, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and at least 1 year of estate planning experience with basic tax knowledge. Hands‑on estate planning document drafting experience is essential. This is not a fully remote position.
