We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Estate Planner to help individuals and families develop personalized strategies to manage and transfer their wealth. The Estate Planner will guide clients through complex legal, financial, and tax considerations, ensuring their wishes are carried out while minimizing burdens on loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their personal, financial, and family circumstances.
- Partner with attorneys to develop comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced medical directives.
- Collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors to integrate estate plans with broader financial goals.
- Analyze tax implications and recommend strategies to reduce estate, gift, and inheritance taxes.
- Educate clients on options for charitable giving, business succession, and asset protection.
- Keep up to date with changes in estate, trust, and tax laws to provide accurate and compliant advice.
- Ensure proper titling and beneficiary designations on accounts, property, and insurance policies.
- Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive conversations with care and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, law, accounting, or a related field (J.D., CFP, CPA, or CEP designation is a plus).
- 1+ years of experience in insurance, estate planning, wealth management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of trusts, probate, tax law, and financial instruments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to guide clients through emotionally sensitive topics.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex estate structures.
- Familiarity with estate planning software and CRM tools.
- Bilingual abilities (if applicable to client base).
