JazzHR is seeking an Estate and Move Team Manager to lead the coordination and organization of estate sales and online auctions in Monroe County. This part-time position is perfect for those with management experience, especially in auction or online environments, providing flexible scheduling to accommodate both weekdays and weekends.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for helping others. Essential duties include sorting items, planning moves, managing online sales, and overseeing cleanouts. Compensation is $17.00 per hour, with additional referral bonuses available.

Qualifications

• Management experience, especially in auction or online selling.
• Good physical strength for lifting, bending, and handling items.
• Reliable transportation and a working knowledge of GPS/Google Maps.
• Strong customer service skills and empathy.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize client items, helping them decide what to keep or discard.
• Plan what items can fit into new spaces for clients.
• Pack items carefully for moving.
• Oversee movers and ensure items are relocated as planned.
• Photograph and describe items for online estate sales.
• Clean out homes with compassion in potentially dusty and dirty conditions.
