Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Business Applications Analyst to oversee estate-management systems and Yardi-based workstreams in the United States. You will collaborate with operators, stakeholders, tech teams, and vendors to deliver improvements in maintenance, inspections, and unit turns.

You will translate operational needs into scalable solutions, drive configuration, testing, and deployment, and ensure data governance and ongoing support for large-scale healthcare and real estate operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in operations, facilities, or estate-management systems.
• Hands-on experience with maintenance or enterprise business applications.
• Experience with Yardi FM, MIQ, and Direct Supply TELS.
• Experience owning workstreams: requirements, configuration, testing, deployment.
• BA and process-design across work orders and operational workflows.
• Agile delivery, milestones, risk/issue management.
• SOX environment experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Own application workstreams and deliverables, managing priorities and outcomes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate work packages, timelines, dependencies, and delivery quality across teams.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Build relationships with operators, stakeholders, and vendors to support objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, capture needs, document requirements, and define processes.
• Support scope, timelines, priorities, integrations, data readiness, and issue resolution.
• Support standardization and improvement of estate-management workflows.
• Coordinate configuration, data readiness, testing, and deployment across workstreams.
• Maintain documentation, governance, QA, and data integrity.
• Plan and execute UAT with test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
