Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC in Williamstown, MA, is seeking landscape professionals to manage maintenance and enhancements for a portfolio of high-end estates. You will build strong client relationships, propose value-added projects, and coordinate with operations to deliver maintenance and improvements.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of estate gardening experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience with estate gardening and client interaction.
• Exceptional level of detail with a willingness to learn and blend with a division high on culture and team work.
• Customer service oriented and drive to maintain a portfolio of highly satisfied customers.
• Exceptionally high standard for safety.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the RP Marzilli brand within the company and in the public eye.
• Computer proficient with experience in the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn and utilize other programs as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with highly satisfied clients to ensure longevity of client base.
• Generate ideas, estimate, propose and sell value added enhancement projects to improve function and aesthetics.
• Work closely with Operations to coordinate maintenance and enhancement work within your portfolio.
• Procure materials and supplies for crews and clients as necessary.
• Responsible for financial management of portfolio including timely billings and collections.
• Complete, process and approve paperwork with high accuracy for crew time sheets, materials receipts, and subcontractor invoices.
• Quality control for all work in your assigned portfolio.
• Ensure smooth transition from construction to maintenance.
