The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills and a solid 1+ years of landscape maintenance experience, with a focus on ensuring high standards of horticultural care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or seasonal color work preferred.
• Knowledge of annuals, perennials, and general plant care preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting 60 lbs and enduring outdoor weather.

Responsibilities

• Installation of plant material, containers, and soil amendments.
• Routine maintenance duties including mulching and pruning.
• Communicate plant health issues to appropriate staff.
• Load and transport tools and materials to job sites.
• Snow and ice removal in the winter season.
