Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of horticulture, forestry, irrigation systems, landscaping, and grounds maintenance practices.
• Extensive knowledge of native woody trees and shrubs with ability to manage both cultivated landscapes and natural woodland settings.
• Experience with gardening, perennials, irrigation repairs, and equipment operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual pruning and plant health care for trees and shrubs.
• Maintain lawns, fields, and pasture areas to high standards.
• Conduct forestry and tree work including selective pruning and woodland management.
• Monitor watering requirements for newly planted landscape elements.
• Maintain walking paths, trails, and outdoor recreational spaces.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support daily operations.
• Complete work orders and respond to after-hours property issues as needed.
