Trump Vineyard Estates is seeking a Garden and Grounds Manager to lead the care, development, and long‑term vision of expansive estate gardens and outdoor spaces. This full‑time leadership role oversees all garden and grounds operations to ensure aesthetic quality and guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in grounds management, strong leadership, and hands‑on horticultural expertise. Competitive benefits and a 40‑hour work week accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of grounds management, landscaping, or related field; at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the gardens and grounds teams to ensure daily, weekly, and seasonal tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Oversee gardening work including design, planning, planting, pest management, and landscape maintenance.
• Create and maintain seasonal displays reflecting the estate’s brand and aesthetic.
• Manage large-property mowing, mulching, and leaf removal across extensive acreage.
• Oversee snow removal operations and maintain fountain/water features.
