Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years practical experience drafting estate planning documents.
• Experience in probate, estate, and trust administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate estate planning documents.
• Manage client communications and maintain records.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and Office Manager.

Skills

Understanding of general office procedures

Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication

Keyboarding ability of 40–50 wpm

Education

B.S./B.A. degree or Associate’s degree with legal assistant/paralegal certification
