JazzHR is seeking an Estate and Move Team Manager to lead the coordination and organization of estate sales and online auctions in Monroe County. This part-time position is perfect for those with management experience, especially in auction or online environments, providing flexible scheduling to accommodate both weekdays and weekends.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for helping others. Essential duties include sorting items, planning moves, managing online sales, and overseeing cleanouts. Compensation is $17.00 per hour, with additional referral bonuses available.

Responsibilities

Estate and Move Team Manager

Part Time – Experienced

Caring Transitions of East Stroudsburg is seeking individuals with management and auction/online selling experience who are interested in part‑time, flexible employment to lead the coordination, sorting, and staging of items for estate sales and online auctions and relocation services in East Stroudsburg and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be friendly, customer‑service oriented, and have a passion for serving others as well as auction/online selling experience. The applicant must be in good physical condition, able to lift, bend and work in a dusty/dirty environment, and must successfully pass a criminal background check. Candidate must have a cell phone, reliable transportation, and GPS/Google Maps accessibility to travel to various job sites. Hours are as needed and no minimum number of hours is guaranteed. Must be available weekdays and weekend days, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sorting and organizing: work with the client to go through their items, helping them decide what to keep, sell, donate, discard.
• Planning: help clients decide what items can fit in their new space.
• Packing: carefully wrap and box up items to be moved.
• Moving and resettling: oversee movers and ensure items are moved as planned; unpack clients’ belongings in their new space and stay until the job is complete.
• Online estate sales: put items into lots, photograph them, write descriptions, tag lots, list them on Caring Transitions online auction site and other platforms; handle pickup days (usually Saturdays) and prepare items for pickup.
• Cleanouts: clean out homes, including light hoarding situations, which may be dusty, dirty or have unpleasant conditions; approach with compassion and understanding.
