Jackson Physician Search is assisting a respected physician network in Tennessee recruit for BE/BC Internal Medicine physicians to join established outpatient practices. Inheriting mature patient panels, you will deliver outpatient primary care with strong support and a stable, high-volume environment.

Earn a guaranteed salary of $280,000–$300,000+ for 18 months, plus a $30,000 signing bonus, monthly productivity incentives, and up to $40,000 annual quality bonus.

Qualifications

• Board certification or BE/BC in Internal Medicine.
• Licensed to practice in Tennessee or eligible.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Internal Medicine care for adult patients.
• Inherit mature patient panels and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and specialists to coordinate care.
