Acro Service Corp seeks an Environmental Laboratory Technician / Test Technician to conduct rigorous testing and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) on critical aerospace hardware. You will operate environmental chambers, follow test protocols, collect data, and maintain logs to ensure reliability under extreme conditions.

This 24/7 role requires attention to detail, safe handling of equipment, and accurate documentation in electronic records.

Qualifications

• High school or trade diploma required.
• Basic knowledge of electronic technology (up to 2 years).
• Experience in environmental test labs is a plus.

This role supports production testing and ensures the reliability and durability of complex systems through precise execution of testing protocols under extreme environmental conditions.

Skills Required:

• Operate and monitor environmental test chambers to simulate extreme hot and cold temperatures and vibration conditions.
• Execute established test protocols and collect accurate test data.
• Maintain detailed laboratory logs and testing documentation.
• Perform thermal and vibration testing within an environmental test laboratory.
• Multitask across multiple testing jobs and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor laboratory systems and technician workflows in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Maintain laboratory and test facility equipment to ensure uninterrupted testing capabilities.
• Support paperless documentation workflows and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and compliance with established testing procedures and standards.

Experience Required:

• Technical proficiency in environmental test laboratory operations.
• Hands-on experience with thermal testing and vibration testing.

Education Required:
