Job summary

Northwest Facilities & Equipment Maintenance (NWFEM) seeks individuals with solid mechanical aptitude to service a variety of commercial restaurant equipment across the PNW, including coffee and espresso machines. The right fit values teamwork, safety, and customer service.

This on-site role requires travel to customer locations, strong diagnostic skills, and reliable communication. Compensation depends on experience; comprehensive benefits follow after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Solid mechanical aptitude and/or equipment repair experience.
• Knowledge of electrical theory/application is a plus.
• A clean driving record and safe driving practices.
• Great customer service orientation.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations across the PNW.
• Display empathy when dealing with customers.
• Diagnose repairs for a wide variety of commercial restaurant equipment.
• Use software to document repairs and parts used.
• Use software to document time throughout the day.
• Effectively communicate with internal team and external customers.
