Vixxo Facility Solutions is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to cover Boston, MA and surrounding areas. You will work independently to perform reactive and preventative maintenance on coffee and beverage equipment across an assigned territory.

The role emphasizes clear communication with customers, a commitment to safety, and timely documentation to meet service level agreements. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, with opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of equipment servicing experience.
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
• Must like coffee; tasting is part of repairs.
• Smartphone proficiency for inventory, scheduling, and other tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

Mansioni

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with customers and inspire loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to safety rules.
• Meet SLA requirements by conducting inspections, performing timely maintenance, and completing accurate paperwork.
