Job summary

University of West Georgia in Carrollton seeks an Esports Student Assistant to help grow and develop the university's Esports Program. You will work with Varsity players and coach to market the program, manage the practice facility, and maintain Twitch livestreams.

You will assist with Esports events such as tabling, marketing, and Q&A, and coordinate with team staff to ensure smooth operations. Applicants must be currently enrolled and able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be a current UWG student enrolled in at least six credit hours with GPA 2.0+.
• Experience using game applications (Steam, Epic Games, Blizzard, Origin, etc.).
• Experience using Discord.

Responsibilities

• Support Esports Program growth by marketing and managing the Varsity practice facility.
• Assist with Twitch livestreams, events, and on-site tabling & Q&A.
• Help with event setup and participant engagement.
