Qualifications

• Must have First Aid Certificate and CPR card.
• Two years of experience as an assistant coach is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old per WIAA regulation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student athletes to promote learning through participation.
• Plan and implement sport-specific programs to develop physical and mental skills.
• Organize after-school practices four days a week for 7th/8th grades and twice for 6th grade.
• Coordinate facility use and equipment with athletic directors and manage inventories.
• Inform students and parents about eligibility rules and policies.
• Issue and track equipment, ensure returns, and perform safety checks.
• Provide input to athletic directors to improve the program.
