ESPN Milwaukee Spring 2027 Internship

Good Karma Sports’ Milwaukee office is currently recruiting college students for the Spring 2027 Semester. This is a part-time paid internship that will provide an excellent opportunity for students to learn more about sport marketing and media.

The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter who is interested in hands‑on experience in the areas of new business development, promotional event marketing and sports content creation.

Good Karma Sports is a media and marketing company with expertise in leveraging the power of national and local sports and news to build brands and connect with fans through audio, video, digital and events. With offices throughout the country and our home office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Good Karma’s team includes over 550 teammates and is recognized as a “Best Place to Work” by Front Office Sports, Sports Business Journal, and USA TODAY.

Daily Responsibilities of an intern:

• Take initiative to learn all aspects of the business, ideally becoming competent in marketing execution, the Good Karma partner acquisition process and Good Karma’s content creation strategies and best practices (on‑air and online)
• Assist with event planning, set‑up and execution and event breakdown
• Engage and interact with local partners and fans during events
• Other assigned tasks
• Be a Good Karma Sports ambassador by adhering to the Good Karma core values: Be Honest, Work Hard, Over Deliver, Listen, Teamwork and Follow Through.

Hours and Pay

This internship is approximately 15–20 hours/week from January to May 2027. Interns are paid $11.00 an hour and will gain experience in marketing, sales, and content.
