Job summary

Endurance Lift Solutions in Midland, TX is seeking a field technician to install and pull Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESPs) and related equipment, monitor performance, troubleshoot, and support customer personnel in proper operating procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, 3–4 years of artificial lift experience, and (preferably) a commercial driver’s license.

You will train new hires, complete field paperwork, move tools up to 50 lb, and work at ELS

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.
• 3-4 years artificial lift experience preferred.
• Commercial driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install/pull ESPs and associated equipment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and test downhole ESP equipment.
• Perform basic well production analysis and repair of equipment, tests, splices, and repairs cable.
• Prepare paperwork including IFTA reports, billable/non-billable hours, and mileage.
• Train and coach new hires in basic principles.
• Maintain or mentor others on field transportation equipment.
