The Services Specialist – ALS Applications Engineering will design ESP systems, support installations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Service Delivery, Sales, and field personnel throughout the job lifecycle.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM, knowledge or interest in ESP technologies, strong leadership and communication skills,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Experience or interest in Artificial Lift (ESP) systems, wellbore hydraulics, or production engineering.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with MtJC process for ESP applications.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Coordinators and Sales to align objectives and terms.
• Design ESP systems, perform offset well analysis and engineering modeling.
• Provide on-demand technical support for ESP installations, start-ups, and optimization.
