Qualifications

• Experience representing financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and/or purchasers in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions.
• General capital markets and/or leveraged finance experience encouraged with an interest in esoteric securitization.
• Superior academic credentials and previous large law firm experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engage in esoteric capital markets securitization work including capital markets issues and private placements.
• Focus on whole business, digital infrastructure and media royalty securitizations, and structured private credit facilities.
