Job summary

ALL, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our appliance distribution operations. You will pick and pull items with an RF scanner, load and stage products for delivery, verify quantities, and help prepare shipments.

A strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork runs through every shift. Responsibilities include maintaining an orderly warehouse, assisting with deliveries and basic installation, and ensuring quality control before shipping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience handling large or heavy products safely (ability to lift 100 lbs with a partner).
• Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
• Warehouse or distribution experience, RF scanner (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull appliances using an RF scanner.
• Load, unload, and stage products for delivery trucks.
• Verify product quality and quantities against delivery paperwork.
• Prepare, palletize, and secure items for shipment.
• Perform basic appliance prep (cords, hoses, minor setup).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Support deliveries and basic installation as needed.
