Qualifications

• Seven+ years in corporate or investment banking, advisory or valuation with ESOP focus.
• Direct ESOP experience including valuation, structure, modeling and accounting.
• Strong business development and strategic opportunity identification.
• Ability to assess credit risks and understand credit policies.
• Licenses: Series 79, 63 and SIE at hire or within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESOP transaction execution with Relationship Executives and underwriters.
• Review referrals and educate clients on ESOP transactions and liquidity strategies.
• Collaborate with Credit Officers on initial/second-stage ESOP financing and refinancings.
• Prepare financing feasibility and debt capacity studies.
• Review ESOP documents for compliance and prepare financial models.
• Conduct periodic ESOP reviews to support credit exposure extensions.
