Job summary

Tempo, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead warehouse, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and prefabrication logistics. The role focuses on coordinating operations, inventory, site delivery, and supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, implement performance reviews, and optimize inventory and shipping KPIs with a data-driven approach using Salesforce and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of applicable experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, contract negotiation, inventory systems, and logistics processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing warehouse and purchasing teams through coaching and accountability.
• Align logistics with project timelines, budgets, and customer commitments.
• Oversee inventory accuracy across warehouse sites and ensure timely receiving, packing, shipping.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
• Drive continuous improvement in layout, processes, and warehouse software utilization.
