Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe and supervise classroom activities to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist teacher with setup and cleanup for instruction and activities.
• Provide one-on-one and small group instruction after initial guidance.
• Monitor students during breaks and field trips and assist with transitions.
• Support students in self-help, social, and gross motor skills in various settings.
• Distribute and reinforce behavior plans and monitor student progress.
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records and assist with reports.
• Deliver evidence-based ELA instruction with fidelity.
