Job summary

A management and operations consulting firm is seeking an Intermediate Level English As A Second Language (ESL) Instructor to assist military students at the U.S. Naval War College. The role involves conducting classroom instruction, preparing coursework, and evaluating student performances. A Master's in ESL pedagogy and teaching experience are required, alongside strong communication and organizational skills. This position is critical to enhance the students' verbal and written communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience teaching ITAs, experience in critiquing writing skills, and administrative experience.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and conduct classroom instruction and prepare coursework materials.
• Maintain student roster and report weekly attendance.
• Submit a grade report of 'Pass' or 'Fail'.
• Provide assistance to students in public speaking and evaluating student papers.
• Conduct post-instruction questionnaires and produce a final progress report.
