• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction as directed by Instructional Coach or Building Principal.
• Collaborate with Instructional Coach to identify student needs, set learning goals, and develop best practices for academic growth.
• Teach targeted intervention to small groups daily using research-based strategies and resources.
• Meet regularly with the Instructional Coach and classroom teachers to plan literacy and math instruction.
• Attend professional development to enhance pedagogy and content.
