Job summary

Allegheny Intermediate Unit is seeking an ESL Data Administrator to oversee data collection, reporting, and analysis for the ESL program. The role involves coordinating assessment data, reporting to districts, and supporting professional development services.

The position requires a Education degree and 5+ years of teaching/administrative experience, with strong MS Office skills and knowledge of PA ESL assessments. On-site Pittsburgh location, 260-day schedule, Grade 16 salary band.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience.
• Program level administration experience and ELLs teaching certification preferred.
• PA supervisory certification and/or K-12 principal certification preferred.
• Knowledge of data and assessment in PA education and ELLs.
• Strong office technology skills: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serves as central data administrator for program data collection and reporting (Title III compliance).
• Creates data tracking and analysis processes to improve reporting and usability.
• Manages invitations and advertising for services and professional development offerings.
• Handles communication, registration, and production of professional development sessions.
• Organizes all assessment information and prepares district correspondence.
