Stan Clark Companies is seeking an Experience & Engagement Coordinator for Eskimo Joe’s Promotional Products Group in Stillwater, OK. You’ll be a friendly first contact for guests, clients, suppliers, and team members, helping create a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You’ll support hospitality, internal communications, and events while assisting with marketing projects and supplier relationships.

About the role

Eskimo Joe’s Promotional Products Group is looking for a warm, energetic, organized, and people-focused Experience & Engagement Coordinator to join our team!

This role is all about creating the kind of environment where people feel welcomed, connected, appreciated, and excited to be here. As one of the first points of contact for guests, clients, suppliers, and team members, you’ll help bring the personality and hospitality of Eskimo Joe’s to life every day.

The Experience & Engagement Coordinator plays an important role in both the day-to-day experience and the culture of our team. You’ll help keep our office welcoming and running smoothly, support team celebrations and engagement initiatives, coordinate hospitality for guests and meetings, assist with internal communications, and look for the little ways we can make someone’s day better. You’ll also have opportunities to support marketing projects, supplier relationships, and special events across the organization.

We’re looking for someone who naturally notices what needs to be done, enjoys helping others, and brings enthusiasm, initiative, and a genuine spirit of hospitality to everything they do. If you’re the type of person who loves creating memorable experiences, keeping things organized, jumping in wherever you’re needed, and making people feel like they belong, you may be a great fit for our team!

Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
